Good Eats Hub Backups is operated for Good Eats Bistro’s internal business use.

Data and purpose

When the Google Drive connection is enabled, the tool will use authorization tokens and metadata for files it creates or that an administrator explicitly authorizes. This access is used only to store and manage backups.

Backup contents may include shelter information, notes, inventory, delivery sheets, photos, temperature logs, and survey sheets from Good Eats Management Hub.

Storage and sharing

The backup service runs on Cloudflare and stores backup files in the authorized Google Drive account. Google and Cloudflare process data to provide these services. Backup files are not intentionally made public.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Good Eats Hub Backups’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Control and deletion

An administrator can revoke access through their Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not delete existing backups. Backup files can be deleted in Google Drive. Contact the administrator to request removal of stored authorization credentials.

Backups remain until an authorized administrator deletes them or configures a retention policy.
